Your Madeira Moments

At Your Madeira Moments, we believe that owning a property in Madeira should be as enjoyable as staying here.

We are a boutique real estate and property management company based in Madeira, combining property sales, short-term rental management and personalised guest services under one roof.

With more than a year of hands-on experience in Madeira’s hospitality market, we have built our reputation by focusing on what matters most: well-managed properties, happy guests and consistently high standards.

Today, all four of our managed apartments hold Airbnb Superhost status - a reflection of the quality of the guest experience we aim to provide every day.

Our goal is not simply to fill calendars. We want guests to enjoy Madeira so much that they choose to come back.

Several of our guests have already returned to stay with us, while others have booked their next Madeira stay for the following year.

For us, these repeat bookings are one of the strongest signs that we are doing things right.

Your Madeira Moments is also a real estate partner for those looking to buy property in Madeira.

We can help you identify the right property, understand its potential and make a confident investment decision.

And our relationship does not have to end when the purchase is completed.

One of the key advantages of working with us is the possibility to hand your newly purchased property over to our management immediately after completion.

We can take care of preparing the property for the rental market, organising its presentation, managing bookings, communicating with guests and overseeing the day-to-day guest experience.

This creates a seamless journey:

We deliberately keep our portfolio focused. Rather than managing hundreds of properties, we prefer to know every property we represent and every detail that makes it special.

Our approach combines professional property management with genuine hospitality.

For owners, this means having a trusted local partner who takes care of their property.

For guests, it means staying in a home that is properly maintained, thoughtfully prepared and managed with attention to detail.

Madeira is a place we know, live and understand.

From the coastline and natural pools to restaurants, beaches and everyday conveniences, we know what makes different areas of the island attractive — both for visitors and property owners.

Whether you are looking for a memorable holiday, considering an investment or searching for a home in Madeira, we are here to make the process simpler, more personal and more rewarding.

Your property. Your stay. Your Madeira moments.
